When the Grade 12 students look back at their first programming attempts the reactions are usually the same: squeals of laughter at themselves. In Grade 10 the first lines of basic code take concentration and practice to master. By the time the students are in Grade 12 all the basics are second nature. That is what knowledge is: layer upon layer, each dependent on the previous layer.

Today while they watched videos and slide shows revising the previous years’ work there were some “Oh yes, I remember that” and “Oh, is that how you do it” moments. As they prepare for the final exams they will realize how much they have learnt in programming. They are well on their way to becoming experts!20170504_105248[1]
