The Grade Threes have been learning that team work is the only way to get a co-operative activity done successfully.

Whether it’s Mathematics, Life Skills or Literacy; working together with our peers in a co-operative group teaches us to accept different learning styles and take on different leadership roles.

This week we have been working on communicating with our co-operative group members. We have built stories together and constructed sentences using sentence spinners.

We have learnt valuable lessons about Organising our work station and delegating jobs, Encouraging each other to keep working hard, Reporting any necessary information to our peers and making sure that everybody in the group is heard and respected.
