In Grade 10 Computer Applications Technology class we have been learning that you can enter data into an Excel worksheet and then visually represent it in the form of a graph or chart. Graphs are easier to understand and interpret than raw data, especially when you are working with large amounts of data. You can also compare various sets of data quickly and easily because you can see the differences at a glance. The main types of graphs that we use are the column, line and pie graph.
