An administrative post in Sun Valley Group of Schools will be available as from 01 January 2019. We invite those interested to submit their CV’s by 28 November 2018.

Administrative Post Details:

Working hours:
07:00 – 16:30  Monday to Thursday.
07:00 – 15:00  Friday
Events in the evenings, and on Saturday’s as requested by Management.

All school holidays are given as leave, except for 6 full administration days within the year.

Minimum salary of R 9000.00. But final salary will be dependent on experience.

The applicant must be in possession of a valid drivers license (include copy) and have the necessary experience to manage the following general administration:

– Front of House administration and services

– Debt collection calls

– Daily provisioning

– Deliveries

– Stock Taking and cashier services

– Typing

– Event assistance

– Personal Assistant to Business Manager

 

Please also supply evidence proving:

– Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Gmail

– Time management

– Integrity when handling money

– Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

 

A minimum of two reference contacts are required.

The Sun Valley Primary School Governing Body reserves the right not to necessarily fill this post.
