The Grade 10s have been learning about the various development indicators that tell us about the levels of development of countries around the world. To further their understanding, they are creating their own world population maps using real-world data and a little help from Google Maps. Once completed, they will be comparing their maps in pairs to identify relationships that exist between their chosen indicators, such as the relationship between Gross National Income and Life Expectancy. I look forward to seeing the end results!
