For our Community Service, the Grade Twos chose to support SANCCOBB, as we were passionate to learn about penguins in Term 1. We did this by raising funds in our Grade to adopt penguins in need. The SANCCOBB penguins have either been abandoned, injured or are very weak. The adoption fee per penguin pays for its food, healthcare and other essentials for an entire year.

We are pleased to announce that we have been able to adopt…………drumroll please……….SIX penguins as a Grade!

We would like to thank all of our parents and children for their generous donations throughout the year. You have all made a tremendous difference to the lives of these precious penguins. Thanks to you, and SANCCOBB, they now have a new lease on life!

Pictured are some of our gorgeous Grade Twos, with the penguins we adopted. Say hello to Peyton, Penelope, Parker,  Portly, Piper, and Paisley!
