Suite Vollard in Brazil has constructed a rather unique building.  Each of the 11 floors can rotate 360 degrees, individually and in either direction.  When on the standard setting, each rotation takes one hour, but residents can change the speed at which their apartment turns.  And the apartments aren’t too expensive…to buy one you only need $300 000 (R2,279,920).
