Bright busy venues

Bright busy venues

Our teachers worked hard to prepare the classrooms before the start of the year. Stationery was put out on the desks. Some venues featured new furniture – actually old furniture painted in vibrant colours. There were welcome notes on boards and some teachers even had containers of sweets to coerce behaviour and learning.

Welcome to Silvermine Academy

Welcome to Silvermine Academy

Our new Students and Parents Social was well attended. Our Matric students were smartly turned out in their formal uniform to welcome and conduct tours. We enjoyed a rare windless evening and were able to relax outside. Students and Parents met the teachers and saw the classes.
